Onion sets Radar

A very well known and popular Japanese variety. Plant in Autumn for an early summer harvest.
They have a mild flavor and are versatile and can be used for cooking, salads, soups, and stews.
Radar has excellent storage ability, lasting well into the following spring in the right conditions. Highly hardy and resistant to bolting, surviving most winter weather with little loss from winter kill. These have also been bred to resist common pests and diseases including onion fly when grown from sets.
