Returns Policy
Goods damaged in transit – Please return to delivery driver and we will re-deliver a replacement undamaged item if available, or issue you with a full refund.
We have a 30 days no quibble returns policy for any unused hardware still in its retail packaging when returned with your till receipt or invoice. Otherwise we reserve the right to issue you with a voucher to the value of the goods.
All Plants have a similar returns policy but they must still be in the condition in which they were purchased and have been adequately watered and looked after. It is not acceptable to try and return dead plants or ones that have now lost all their flowers and expect to get a full refund.
Christmas Trees
Traditional Norway Spruce – These are best only used in a totally outside area and will drop their pine needles as they dry out and therefore classed as highly perishable and have no returns policy.
“Non Drop” Christmas Trees – Nordman Fir, Noble Fir and Fraser Fir – although there is no such thing as a non drop tree, we will replace any tree that has a quantity of branches losing all (90%) its needles and leaving bare branches within 2 weeks of purchase from us. In the first instance please send us a picture of the affected tree whilst contacting us to arrange a replacement.
